Role Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the executive team and responsible for ensuring that AIMER Business School’s operations run efficiently and effectively. This includes overseeing day-to-day business activities, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving performance across all business units. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a solid leader,



and an expert in managing and scaling operations within a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement the overall operational strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently and on schedule.
Oversee key operations including HR, Finance, Student Acquisition (Sales & Marketing), Corporate Partnerships, Academics, Admin, Investor Relations and other business functions to ensure alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define strategic initiatives and drive long-term growth.

Process Optimization & Efficiency:
Evaluate and streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Develop and implement best practices for operations across the business, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational perform
