Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and building a strong pipeline of prospective customers. The Business Development Executive will engage with real estate buyers and partners, present the portal’s value proposition, and manage relationships to drive conversions and revenue. Daily tasks include outreach calls and meetings, follow-ups,



maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service offerings. The role also includes monitoring market trends in Chennai real estate, providing feedback to management, and meeting defined sales and growth targets.
Qualifications

Business development skills, including New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
Account Management and Business relationship skills to manage ongoing client and partner engagements effectively.
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with buyers, property partners, and internal stakeholders.
Comfort with on-site client meetings, local market visits, and working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic understanding of real estate or property portals is beneficial, with the ability to learn market dynamics quickly.
