Role Description This is a full-time, in office Documentation cum Operation for Liner/NVOCC role based in Gandhidham. The role involves preparing, reviewing,



and managing shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, manifests, and other export-import documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements. The team member will coordinate with internal departments, ports, liners, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth cargo operations, accurate documentation, and timely vessel planning and container movements. Daily tasks include updating systems and trackers, monitoring shipments, resolving documentation or operational discrepancies, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also supports process improvement, compliance with international shipping regulations, and adherence to company SOPs to maintain high standards of service and operational reliability.
