About the Role

As an Associate Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for engaging with leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending the right solutions, and converting them into long-term customers.

This is a high-impact customer-facing role that combines consultative selling, relationship building, and problem-solving. You'll work closely with designers, architects and contractors to help them make the right purchasing decisions.

What You'll Do
Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products and solutions.
Build trust with customers through consultative selling.




Convert qualified leads into successful orders.
Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Continuously learn about our product portfolio and industry trends.

Who We're Looking For
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Inside Sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-first mindset with excellent listening ability.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp throughout the day.
Robust ownership and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
