WE ARE HIRING: BUSINESS ANALYST – FRANCHISE EXPANSION

Our FMCG business is expanding rapidly, and we are building high-performing supermarket franchise networks across the country. To fuel our next phase of scale, we need a data-driven, strategic Business Analyst to join our team

If you love diving into retail data, optimizing store-level unit economics, and driving profitability for franchise partners, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze franchise store unit economics, margins, and sales performance.

Evaluate market potential, footfall trends, and site viability for new franchise store locations.

Build ROI models, demand forecasts, and inventory turnover dashboards.

Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and operations teams to streamline inventory and optimize product mix.





Present actionable growth insights directly to leadership and franchise partners.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (FMCG, Retail, or Franchise models preferred).

Hands-on expertise with Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.

Strong grasp of FMCG metrics (SKU velocity, shrinkage, margin splits, inventory turns).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
