Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead electrical project execution for mid-sized ground-mounted solar projects and solar parks (up to 70 MW). The role involves managing site execution, electrical works, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Oversee electrical execution of solar EPC projects (33kV/11kV substations, switchyards, transmission lines, plant-level electrical systems).
• Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors for timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and civil teams for seamless execution.
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and client coordination.




• Support commissioning and handover of solar plants.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in solar EPC projects.
• Hands-on experience in solar parks and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Expertise in HT/LT electrical works, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
• Familiarity with project execution workflows and site management.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in solar EPC project execution.
• Prior experience in solar parks and mid-sized ground-mounted projects is mandatory.
