Phlebotomist – Home Sample Collection & Pharmacy Support Bengaluru / Shimoga, Karnataka | Full-time | On-site

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Phlebotomist to handle home sample collections and assist in pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in blood sample collection, basic knowledge of pharmacy workflows, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Phlebotomy & Sample Collection (Morning Shift)

Visit patient homes for blood/sample collection as per schedule

Ensure safe handling, labeling, and transport of samples

Follow standard hygiene and safety protocols

Pharmacy Assistance (Post-Collection Shift)

Support day-to-day pharmacy operations

Assist with order processing and inventory basics

Coordinate with pharmacy staff on stock and dispensing

Medicine Delivery (Throughout the Day, as Required)





Deliver medicines to customers in a timely manner

Maintain accurate delivery records

Requirements:

~ Certification in Phlebotomy

~1+ years of experience in phlebotomy or pathology labs

~ Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations

~ Valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler (fuel allowance provided)

~ Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach

~ Willingness to work flexible schedule, especially mornings and early evenings

~ Comfortable working toward assigned sales targets
