We are expanding our core design team and looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect who can lead premium residential projects with creativity, detail, and strong technical command.

This role is ideal for a Seasoned Architect with deep experience in luxury bungalows, villas, private residences, and high-end custom homes .

The position is office-based , requiring full-time presence to collaborate closely with the design team, project engineers, and company founders.

Develop conceptual drawings, design themes, zoning plans, and design language for each project.

Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings:





Electrical & plumbing coordination

Ensure drawings comply with local building bye-laws, seismic guidelines, and construction safety standards.

Attend project review meetings and resolve site-level drawing conflicts.

Project Management

Maintain timelines and deliver drawings as per project schedules.

Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with full ownership.

4-5 years of experience strictly in Residential Bungalows, Villas & Premium Homes.

~ Expertise in AutoCAD (mandatory).

~ Strong command of SketchUp/Lumion/Revit (bonus).

~ Excellent spatial planning, detailing skills, and an eye for luxury residential aesthetics.

~ Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Assamese added advantage).
