Macwell Engineers manufactures and supplies industrial storage solutions such as storage racks, mobile compactors, cupboards, lockers and customised material-handling systems.

Build relationships with factories, warehouses, offices, contractors, architects and consultants.

Make regular customer visits and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and other channels.

Keep track of leads, customer meetings, quotations and sales opportunities.

Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Has experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in industrial, engineering, construction, infrastructure, storage or related products.

Has good knowledge of the Industrial market in/around the given location and ideally has contacts within factories, warehouses, offices, contractors, architects or consultants.

Is confident in following up with customers and closing sales.





Is comfortable with regular field visits across the city and nearby industrial areas.

Can ride a two-wheeler and has a valid driving licence.

Is willing to travel within India when required.

Basic understanding of engineering drawings, site measurements or software such as AutoCAD will be an advantage. Like meeting people and building relationships.

Are curious about how different businesses and factories operate.
