Position Title - Sales Lead – UHNI Membership Acquisition

The Sales Lead – UHNI Membership Acquisition will be responsible for identifying, engaging, nurturing, and converting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Promoters, Entrepreneurs, Family Business Owners, CXOs, Investors, and Business Leaders into members of Aurum CoNexus.

This role requires a highly polished professional with solid relationship-building capabilities, access to affluent networks, and a proven track record in luxury sales, private banking, wealth management, luxury hospitality, luxury real estate, or premium membership sales.

The individual will act as a brand ambassador for Aurum CoNexus and represent the organization at high-profile networking events, private gatherings, and business forums.

KRA 1: Membership Sales & Revenue Generation

Generate qualified prospects through networking, referrals, introductions, and relationship mapping.

Represent Aurum CoNexus at networking events.

Host prospective members at curated experiences.

KRA 5: Member Experience & Retention Support

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.

KRA 6: CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:

Private Wealth Management

Private Banking

Family Office Advisory

Luxury Automobile Sales

Luxury Retail

Experience

~7–15 years of relevant experience.

~ Minimum 5 years of direct UHNI/HNI relationship management or luxury sales experience.

~ Existing network of business owners, promoters, CXOs, investors, or HNIs preferred.
