About the Role
We're looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to own organic growth strategy across our healthcare client portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role; you'll set SEO direction for multiple accounts, lead a team of SEO executives/analysts, and work closely with content, web development, and client servicing teams to deliver measurable ranking and traffic growth. Healthcare SEO comes with its own nuances (YMYL guidelines, medical content accuracy, compliance-sensitive claims); prior experience in healthcare, pharma, wellness,



or another regulated/YMYL industry is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page, and content) for a portfolio of healthcare client websites
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and analysts; review their work and set quality benchmarks
Conduct technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup) and drive fixes with the web/dev team
Build and oversee keyword research, content mapping, and topic cluster strategies aligned to E-E-A-T and YMYL guidelines for healthcare content
Drive local SEO and Google Business Profile strategy for multi-location clinics/hospitals
Own link-building and digital PR strategy, ensuring outreach is compliant with healthcare marketing standards
Track, analyse, and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Screaming Frog, etc.)
