We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads and a strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns for our clients, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI .

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions .

Conduct audience research, targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.

Analyze campaign and website data to identify growth opportunities.





Work on conversion tracking, landing page optimization, CRO, and funnel performance .

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ads.

Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, and digital advertising trends.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.

~ Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads .

~ Good understanding of paid advertising metrics, bidding, targeting, and optimization.

~ Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager .
