Customer Support Representative

Role: Customer Support and Operations Executive

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO – Mandatory

Valuable computer knowledge and typing skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Handle day-to-day back-office support activities .

Perform data entry and documentation as required.

Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Work & Shifts

~5.5 Days Working

~ Rotational Shifts

~ Transport - cab Facility

Selection Process - Virtual Mode

HR Round → Operations Round → Typing Test
