The Associate Customer Service representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through inbound calls and web-chat channels. The role involves assisting current and existing customers with insurance products, handling policy-related queries, supporting sales activities, and providing efficient after-sales service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Handle inbound customer calls and web-chat interactions professionally and efficiently.





Assist prospective customers by providing product information, quotations, and support for motor and home insurance products.

Support sales activities by guiding customers through the policy purchase process using internal systems and underwriting guidelines.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining service quality standards.

Deliver a positive and professional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Resolve customer queries efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Meet established service, quality, and productivity targets.

Participate in training programs and continuously update product and process knowledge.

Support a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to learn and use internal customer service and insurance systems effectively.
