Experience: 1–4 Years

Corporate Events

Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing multiple accounts and projects.

Experience in event management, marketing, or related industries, preferably handling corporate events, brand activations, or large-scale programs.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to quick-paced, dynamic project environments.

Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, presentations, spreadsheets); exposure to project management or CRM tools is an advantage.

Immediate Joiners Needed

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure smooth execution.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines, and project documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.

•⁠ ⁠Only Corporate Events experience in Client Servicing will be considered.
