Position Summary This role will assume full accountability for operations at Bobst India’s BIN2 Plant (BIN2A & BIN2B), ensuring On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery of high-quality products at optimal cost. As a senior leader, the role requires driving operational excellence, delivery performance, safety and cost while empowering teams and fostering a customer-centric culture. The candidate will oversee a cross-functional team professionals across Assembly, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Planning, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Safety and Quality. Manufacturing Operations

Lead end-to-end plant operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality production.

Ensure proper maintenance and reliability of equipment and facilities.

Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Quality Management

Establish and sustain a robust quality management system.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and minimize defects and customer complaints.

Safety Management





Conduct audits and risk assessments to proactively mitigate hazards.

Ensure adherence to local and national safety regulations in the plant.

Partner with R&D; to drive new product introductions.

Implement strategies to optimize supplier performance and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues.

Continuous Improvement & People Development

Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech.) in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (Full time).

~Significant leadership experience across multiple plant operations.

~ Integrity, sound judgment, and ethical behavior with credibility to earn respect of executive teams.

~ End-to-end manufacturing operations: assembly, fabrication, machining, painting, logistics, and supply chain.

~ Expertise in supply base expansion, capability building, and operational scale-up.

~ Strong commitment to sustainability, health, safety
