Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admissions process for prospective learners, guiding them from initial inquiry through enrollment. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective learners via calls, emails, and meetings, understanding their goals, and recommending suitable Hero Vired programs. The role involves explaining program details, addressing queries, conducting eligibility checks,



and maintaining accurate records in admissions and CRM systems. The Senior Admissions Counselor will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to support enrollment targets, provide feedback on prospective learner needs, and ensure a high-quality admissions experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, Noida and Dehradun.
