WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Source aircraft parts and negotiate with international suppliers
* Prepare and place Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliers
* Follow up on PO confirmations, availability and delivery dates
* Review aircraft parts certificates and documentation
* Coordinate shipments, freight and export documentation
* Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers
* Communicate daily with international suppliers and customers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* 2+ years in procurement, purchasing, international trade or a related field
* Aviation spare parts experience – strong advantage
* Understanding of aircraft spare parts certificates and documentation
* Experience using OEM supplier portals and placing orders online
* ERP experience – Quantum
* Excellent English – must-have
* Strong Excel skills
* Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask
