Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jind, responsible for driving merchant acquisition, activation, and revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and onboarding new merchants,
promoting BharatPe’s payment and credit products, and ensuring consistent usage and customer satisfaction. The individual will manage and motivate a field sales team, set daily and weekly targets, and monitor performance through regular reviews and reporting. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant issues, provide product training, and gather feedback to improve offerings and processes. The Territory Sales Manager will also analyze local market trends, develop territory-level sales plans, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
