We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the face of the company, responsible for driving B2B client acquisition, scaling revenue, and establishing strategic partnerships with leading Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech firms. You will pitch our comprehensive suite of "single-window" outsourcing solutions, including end-to-end telecalling, loan sourcing, risk underwriting, and strategic debt recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Hunt and secure current enterprise clients, specifically decision-makers within Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech companies.
Service Pitching: Promote VGM’s single-window BPO capabilities, encompassing soft/hard loan recovery, credit underwriting, and field investigation.
Lead Generation: Build a robust B2B sales pipeline using cold calling, professional networking, and corporate referrals.
Account Retention:



Manage and scale existing accounts to discover cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Strategic RFPs: Collaborate with internal delivery heads to draft comprehensive commercial proposals and win competitive client RFPs.
Deal Negotiation: Facilitate pricing negotiations, structure service level agreements (SLAs), and close corporate contracts.
Market Mapping: Analyze regional industry trends to position VGM as a sustainable credit and early intervention partner.
Data Tracking: Document daily sales pipelines and forecast revenue outputs precisely using corporate CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
Industry Domain: Prior exposure in selling BPO solutions, financial services, or corporate debt collec
