Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Jamnagar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role includes supervising production teams, monitoring workflow on the shop floor, and ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.



The Production Supervisor will coordinate production planning, allocate resources and materials, and support continuous improvement in processes and productivity. This role also involves maintaining safety and compliance standards, resolving operational issues, and reporting production performance to management. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance, and logistics is essential to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
