Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a combination of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and pro shops, and promote the company’s golf brands across India.



Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings and presentations, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and preparing proposals. The specialist will also support marketing activities such as coordinating campaigns, assisting with digital and offline promotions, and analyzing market trends and customer feedback. Additional responsibilities include providing product training to trade partners, collaborating with the internal sales team and external agents, and preparing regular sales and performance reports.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present to trade partners.
