Role Description The Cluster Manager role at Curefoods is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The Cluster Manager oversees the performance of multiple outlets or cloud kitchens within a designated cluster, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and consistent brand standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales and margins, managing inventory and supply chain coordination, and optimizing staffing and scheduling to meet demand. The role involves guiding and coaching outlet managers, implementing standard operating procedures, driving customer satisfaction, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Cluster Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and central kitchen to support new initiatives, improve processes, and deliver high-quality food experiences across the cluster.
Qualifications
Strong operations management skills, including multi-outlet supervision, process implementation, and performance monitoring.
Experience in team leadership, people management, and coaching frontline managers and staff.
Competence in sales analysis, budgeting, and P&L; management for retail or F&B; operations.
