Goal of the Job: This position leads engineering operations, oversees production equipment reliability, leads TPM Program and manages technical issues. Key duties include directing equipment maintenance, managing technical projects, and ensuring safety compliance inline with local & Hayco Standards.
Job Responsibilities
Manage assembly, testing, and installation of manufacturing equipment. Monitor machinery uptime, troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues, and drive continuous improvement on shop floor. Managing budgets for technology projects and resources, and overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the organization.
