About the Role

Twin Two is looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to help our clients create ads that actually drive sales.

This is not a role for someone who just wants to make things look nice.

We are looking for someone who understands that creative is one of the biggest drivers of eCommerce growth. The hooks, angles, scripts, offers, and product positioning you create will go live, get tested, and be judged by real performance data.

If you have ever looked at a TikTok ad, Meta ad, product page, or UGC video and thought, “this could perform so much better with the right hook and angle,” this role is probably a good fit.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Coming up with unique ad hooks, angles,



and creative concepts for eCommerce products
Writing UGC scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social ads
Turning product features into customer benefits and solid selling points
Researching competitors, customer reviews, ad libraries, social trends, and category pain points
Creating briefs for designers, video editors, AI content creators, influencers, and UGC creators
Working with PPC/media buying teams to understand what creatives are working and why
Building creative testing plans for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and other paid media channels
Reviewing ad performance and coming up with new creative tests based on data
Helping clients improve their storytelling, product positioning, offers, and overall ad strategy
Creating repeatable creative frameworks that can be used across multiple brands and products
