Role Description The Assistant Dev Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in West Bengal, India. The role involves supporting the design, development, and improvement of electrical machinery and related software components, including assisting senior engineers in implementing new features and enhancements. Day-to-day tasks include participating in research and development activities, writing and reviewing code,



performing functional and performance testing, and troubleshooting technical issues in both hardware and software. The Assistant Dev Engineer will document work clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production and quality, and help ensure that products meet technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements. The role also includes maintaining development environments, providing feedback on prototypes, and contributing to process and productivity improvements within the engineering team.
Qualifications

Ability to work effectively in Research and Development (R&D;), including supporting experiments, analyzing results, and contributing to product improvements.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language relevant to engineering applications.
