About the Internship
IITianCraft is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Interns to join our growing team. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, business development, and qualified communication.
You will work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, communicate with decision-makers, schedule meetings, and support the conversion of leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, and online research.
Generate qualified leads from startups, SMEs, local businesses, and other organizations.




Research businesses that may require website development, mobile apps, CRM, custom software, digital marketing, UI/UX, and other IT services.
Contact founders, business owners, managers, and decision-makers professionally.
Understand client requirements and communicate suitable IITianCraft services.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the internal development and marketing teams for proposals, quotations, and demos.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
Regularly update the assigned CRM, Google Sheets, or other company-approved tools.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, performance reviews, and team activities.
Work toward monthly project closure targets.
