nAbout the Role
nWe're hiring a Student Counselor to join our overseas education team in Kochi. As an education counselor, you'll guide students and parents through the complete study abroad journey from the first consultation to a confirmed admission.
nThis is a full-time, on-site role for someone who genuinely enjoys advising students and helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
nWhat You'll Do

- Conduct student counseling sessions and understand each student's academic background and career goalsn
- Recommend suitable courses, universities, and study destinationsn
- Explain admission requirements, eligibility, timelines, and costs clearly to students and parentsn
- Support the full application process — documentation, forms,



and Statements of Purpose (SOP)n
- Respond to student and parent enquiries promptly and professionallyn
- Coordinate with international universities and partner agenciesn
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updatesn
- Organise and support information sessions, webinars, and education eventsn
- Stay current on admission policies, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunitiesn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Strong student counseling and advising skills, with the ability to assess academic profiles and career goalsn
- Knowledge of overseas education and admission processes for the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, and Europen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and university representativesn
- Solid organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications and deadlinesn
- Comfortable using CRM systems,
