nKey Responsibilities / KRAs
n
- n
- Lead and manage the regional sales team of 5–7 members , driving revenue growth and business development across Karnataka and Kerala.n
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, GP, volume, and customer acquisition targets .n
- Drive new business development through customer acquisition, key account penetration, solution selling,



and expansion of existing accounts.n
- Build robust relationships with key customers, understand their logistics requirements, and collaborate with internal operations/product teams to deliver appropriate freight solutions.n
- Track sales performance, pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity while providing regular business updates to the Regional Head – South .n

nEssential Requirements
n
- n
- 8–12+ years of overall experience in sales/business development within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry .n
- Must have 2–3+ years of experience in a team-handling / sales leadership role , managing a team of sales professionals.n
- Strong experience in international freight forwarding , preferably across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and related logistics solutions .n
- Proven track record in new business development, customer acquisition, revenue/GP growth, and key account management .n
