nPosition Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior NPD Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in the automotive sheet-metal manufacturing industry.
nThe candidate will be responsible for managing the complete New Product Development cycle, from customer requirement and feasibility through tool development, prototype, trials, PPAP,



and successful production launch. The role requires strong coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered within quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

- Lead end-to-end Current Product Development (NPD) activities from customer drawing/requirement to production.n
- Review customer drawings, specifications, GD&T;, technical requirements, and feasibility.n
- Coordinate APQP, PPAP, prototype development, trials, validation, and product launch.n
- Prepare/review Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, work instructions, and other NPD documentation.n
- Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchase, Maintenance, and Customer teams.n
- Manage tool development, tool trials, prototype development, and process validation.n
- Identify design and manufacturing feasibility issues and ensure timely resolution.n
