Role Description The Customer Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and providing timely updates on project progress. Responsibilities include managing client communications, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal design and project teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes maintaining client records,



gathering feedback for service improvement, and supporting efforts to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations skills to manage expectations, respond to feedback, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Candidates should possess Customer Support capabilities to understand client needs, resolve issues, and suggest practical solutions.
Spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Comfort with basic office softwares
