About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven B2B Business Development Associate to help expand our institutional partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational organisations.

The role involves identifying potential institutional partners, reaching out to key decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting our programs, and converting qualified prospects into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions for partnership opportunities.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and other channels.
* Connect with key decision-makers such as school principals, management, coordinators, deans, training heads, and institutional administrators.
* Understand the institution’s requirements and recommend relevant programs, workshops, bootcamps, competitions, and other offerings.
* Conduct product/service presentations and partnership discussions with prospective institutions.




* Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
* Negotiate commercials, timelines, deliverables, and partnership terms where required.
* Coordinate with internal teams such as training, operations, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and deal stages in the CRM.
* Track B2B sales metrics and work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* Develop long-term relationships with institutional partners and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
