Role Description The Production Engineer role at Advantex is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. This role involves monitoring and optimizing production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, and supporting production planning to meet output and delivery targets. The Production Engineer will work on implementing process improvements, resolving technical issues on the shop floor, and maintaining quality standards and safety procedures. Responsibilities also include preparing production reports, analyzing performance data,



and collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to reduce downtime and defects.
Qualifications
Strong Production Engineering knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Excellent Analytical Skills for process optimization, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
Knowledge of Quality Control practices, standards, and tools to maintain consistent product and process quality.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and supporting shop-floor personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methods, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
