Role Description The Production Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, assigning tasks, monitoring equipment performance, and managing material flow across the production line. The role also involves maintaining production records, implementing standard operating procedures, supporting preventive maintenance,



and troubleshooting issues that may impact output or quality. The Production Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, support training initiatives, and uphold compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Experience in supervising production operations within manufacturing, industrial, mining, or metals environments.
