Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. This full time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.



The Recruiter will also support onboarding activities, provide regular hiring reports, and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
Qualifications

Robust skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and manage applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools.
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
Understanding of basic HR practices, recruitment compliance, and ethical hiring standards.
Comfort working in office in Chennai and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
