Role Description The Existing Installation Sales Representative (Commercial) is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on managing and growing sales for existing elevator and escalator installations,



including modernization, upgrades, and service contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities within the existing customer base, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting customer visits, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines. The role involves close coordination with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure accurate scope definition, timely execution, and high customer satisfaction. The representative maintains detailed sales pipelines, reports market intelligence, and contributes to achieving regional revenue and profitability targets while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or building services sectors.
Min. 4 - 6 years of experience into Sales.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, including stakehold
