Graduate Trainee Engineer – Drilling Services
? What You’ll Learn & Work On
- Understand basic drilling and well operations.
- Assist in preparation and review of drilling programs and well plans.
- Learn about BHA, Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD and drilling equipment.
- Assist technical teams in analyzing drilling data and reports.
- Support preparation of technical documents and job reports.
- Coordinate with field and office teams.
- Learn industry standards, HSE requirements and operational procedures.
- Get exposure to both field and office-based drilling activities.
? Who Can Apply?
- Freshers / 0–2 years of experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical or related engineering disciplines
- Basic knowledge of drilling or oil & gas is an advantage.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in field & office environments.
- Candidates interested in building a long-term career in Drilling / Well Engineering / Oilfield Services.
