Role Description

This is a freelance, commission-based Web Developer role focused on Framer. The developer will take Figma designs and build them into fully responsive, high-performing live sites in Framer, working closely with the founder to translate client requirements into functional, high-converting web pages. Daily tasks include rebuilding Figma layouts pixel accurately, setting up CMS collections,



configuring interactions and animations, optimizing for site speed and SEO, and ensuring the site works cleanly across all devices and breakpoints. The role also involves debugging layout issues, maintaining clean project structure in Framer, and turning around builds on tight client timelines. Pay is commission based, tied to project value, with new projects coming in regularly through the studio's client pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Framer, including CMS, interactions, and responsive breakpoints
• Ability to read and rebuild Figma designs accurately, including auto layout and component structure
• Solid understanding of web design fundamentals, including UX, accessibility, and responsive design principles
• Experience with SEO best practices for on-page optimization
