Location - Chennai (Preferred) or remote anywhere in India
Contract type - Internship for 3 months - can extend to a full time offer

This is an entry-level SDR role for someone looking to launch their career in sales development.
If you have more than 2 years of experience, this role is probably not for you. Freshers with some internship experience, or people with less than 2 years of work experience, would be ideal.

We are an early-stage startup, so we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, curious and comfortable talking to people all day without needing three cups of coffee to get through it.

Your job is to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.

You will respond to inbound interest, reach out to targeted prospects, start conversations, build rapport and identify people worth taking to the next stage. We also run events and roundtables regularly, so part of the role will involve identifying the right people, inviting them and driving attendance.

What you will do
Drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline for our sales team




Respond to inbound interest and run targeted outbound prospecting
Start conversations with prospects, understand their needs and qualify opportunities
Drive attendance for our events and roundtables by identifying, inviting and following up with the right people
Build relationships with attendees before and after events and identify potential opportunities
Keep CRM data, activities, opportunities and account information updated
Consistently hit your monthly target for qualified opportunities

What we are looking for
0–2 years of work experience
Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome
Bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communication
Someone organised and comfortable managing multiple things at once
Someone proactive, persistent and comfortable with follow-ups
Most importantly, someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to build a career as an SDR
