Role Overview

We are looking for a marketing funnels and automation expert who can build and optimize the complete customer journey for Kefilo, from first interaction to lead generation, consultation, conversion, subscription, retention and referrals.

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity for someone who can take ownership of building scalable, automated growth systems rather than simply running individual campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build complete marketing funnels for Kefilo across B2C and B2B customer segments.




Create automated journeys for lead capture, qualification, nurturing, consultation booking, conversion, onboarding, retention and referrals.
Build and optimize landing pages, forms, CRM workflows, email/WhatsApp sequences and other conversion systems.
Integrate Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, WhatsApp, website/app and analytics tools to create connected marketing workflows.
Develop lead-scoring and segmentation systems to identify high-intent prospects and personalize communication.
Automate repetitive marketing and sales activities using no-code tools, AI and workflow automation platforms.
Track funnel metrics including CPL, CAC, conversion rate, lead-to-consultation rate, consultation-to-sale rate, retention and LTV.
Continuously test different creatives, messaging, offers, landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversion.
