Role Description The Human Resources Recruitment Assistant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for online teaching positions at The Chennai Tuition. On a day-to-day basis, this role will help draft and post job advertisements, screen applications,



and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. The Recruitment Assistant will communicate with prospective educators, answer queries, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role will also involve maintaining candidate records, updating recruitment trackers or HR systems, and preparing basic reports on hiring status. Collaboration with the HR team to refine recruitment processes and ensure timely onboarding of new educators is a key part of this position.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience or training in recruitment and hiring processes.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with candidates, teachers, and internal teams.
Customer Service orientation to provide responsive, courteous support and a positive experience for applicants.
