Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Accounts Executive role based in Bengaluru, focused on managing accounting operations in Zoho Books. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for recording day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and handling accounts payable and receivable within Zoho Books. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, reconciling bank statements, monitoring outstanding receivables, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role involves generating financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors or tax consultants.



The Accounts Executive will also assist in process improvements, documentation, and responding to management queries related to financial data and reports.

Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, and report generation.
Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, handle reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end closing.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance relevant to Indian businesses, including documentation and filing support.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard office productivity tools for financial analysis and reporting.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, clients, and external auditors or consultants.
