About the Role
Outdo is hiring a Video Editor with strong Motion Graphics skills to join our creative team, working across short-form and long-form video content for a mix of B2B and consumer-facing clients. This isn't basic reel editing: the work regularly involves kinetic typography, animated data visualizations, green-screen compositing, and graphic storytelling — visual metaphors and motion design that make content simple, engaging, and on-brand.

You'll work closely with the Outdo team across multiple client accounts and internal brand projects, with real ownership over how each piece comes together.

What You'll Do
Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) and long-form videos across client accounts
Build kinetic typography captions with word-by-word sync and styled highlights
Create motion graphics: animated icons, data visualizations, graphic metaphors, split-screen comparisons




Handle green-screen keying and background compositing
Manage sound design — pacing, transitions, SFX, music mixing
Maintain consistent branding across deliverables: logo placement, CTA cards, disclaimer/compliance screens where needed
Use AI video generation tools (Kling, Runway, Veo, Higgsfield, Sora, or similar) to create supporting footage/clips where helpful, and integrate them naturally into edits
Collaborate directly with account teams and clients, iterating based on feedback
Contribute to Outdo's own internal brand content alongside client work

What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on video editing experience, with real Motion Graphics work (not just cuts and captions)
Strong command of Adobe After Effects — this is non-negotiable for this role
Comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro; DaVinci Resolve a plus
Comfortable using AI video/image generation tools (Kling, Runway, Veo, Gemini, Higgsfield, or similar) — able to write clear, effe
