Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading and growing FederPath’s sales function. This role oversees a team of sales consultants, sets sales targets,



and monitors performance while ensuring high-quality, customer-focused service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client consultations, and presenting tailored immigration service solutions. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies, optimize conversion rates, and improve processes. The role also involves training and coaching team members, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and maintaining robust relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and brand reputation.
