Job Summary
As a Fullstack AI Developer (IC-4), you will independently deliver end-to-end projects using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Replit while maintaining solid control over architecture, performance, and security.

You’ll own client deliverables from design to deployment and help shape the way ANCKR integrates retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI workflows,



and automation into our fullstack builds.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fullstack engineering and AI innovation, comfortable working across multiple frameworks while driving quality and efficiency in AI-assisted builds.

Responsibilities
• Deliver end-to-end applications (web + mobile) independently using AI-assisted workflows.
• Translate product and UX requirements into clean, maintainable architecture before generating code.
• Implement RAG pipelines and AI features with support from staff/lead engineers.
• Review, refine, and optimize AI-generated code for performance, reliability, and security.
• Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and mobile-friendly execution.
• Configure and manage data models, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and AI-assisted development playbooks.
