We’re Hiring: Head of Cross-Sell | Chennai

Most organisations sell services. Few sell the whole organisation.

That gap — between what a client buys from one service line and what they could be buying across five — is worth more than any new logo we’ll win this year. We’re hiring a leader to own it.

What you’ll own
• Full P&L; accountability for cross-sell revenue across our service lines — not influence, not a dotted line. The number is yours.
• The cross-sell operating model: account planning, whitespace mapping, opportunity governance, and the incentive design that makes service line leaders want to collaborate.

• Measurable expansion of revenue per client, services-per-client penetration, and multi-year retention across the existing book.

• Partnering with delivery, solutioning, pricing and marketing to turn credible client relationships into credible second and third sales.

What we’re looking for
• 20+ years in multi-service-line environments — banking, consulting, IT/BPM,



skilled services, or similar — where selling across practices was structurally hard and you did it anyway.

• Demonstrated P&L; ownership of a cross-sell or account expansion charter, with the revenue growth and retention numbers to evidence it.

• A track record of navigating service line leaders, regional heads and delivery owners who each guard their own margin — and getting them aligned regardless.

• Fluency with account mining discipline: segmentation, whitespace analysis, executive relationship mapping, and pipeline hygiene at scale.

• Comfort operating at CXO level with clients, and at boardroom level internally.
