Role Description The ATTP Associate Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves supporting implementation and maintenance of technical and business solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user support. The individual will collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to analyze client needs, troubleshoot issues,



and contribute to project deliverables within defined timelines and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, participating in client meetings, and following established methodologies and compliance requirements. The role also requires proactive learning of relevant tools and frameworks, and contributing to process improvements within the consulting practice.
Qualifications

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and propose practical solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements, prepare reports, and interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Basic to intermediate proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, documentation tools) and comfort working with technical systems.
