Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Surat. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying prospects, and qualifying leads for Trivara Logistics’ shipping and logistics services. The Inside Sales Executive will build and maintain relationships with business customers, present tailored service options, and follow up regularly to support conversions and renewals.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and meeting defined sales and performance targets. The role also requires sharing customer feedback with internal stakeholders to help refine offerings and improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in handling calls, pitching services, and closing deals.
Proficiency in Lead Generation, including researching prospects, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain solutions clearly and handle negotiations effectively.
Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term business relationships.
Comfort working with CRM or sales management tools and basic office software.
Ability to work on-site in Surat
