Role Overview

Nova Ops X is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship provides an prospect to gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment operations, and talent research.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.

2. Resume Screening: Review candidate profiles and resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.

3. Candidate Communication: Connect with candidates, share relevant job opportunities, answer basic queries, and maintain professional communication.

4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.

5. Recruitment Database: Maintain and regularly update candidate information,



application status, and recruitment trackers.

6. Job Posting Support: Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms.

7. Recruitment Research: Research talent pools, industry hiring trends, and potential candidate sources.

8. Recruitment Reporting: Assist in maintaining daily/weekly recruitment reports and tracking sourcing and screening activities.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
