Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Birla White is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. The role involves managing sales operations within the assigned territory, including achieving sales targets,



expanding market share, and strengthening brand presence among dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and key project customers. The Area Sales Manager will regularly visit market stakeholders, build and maintain relationships, conduct product presentations, and gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring channel performance, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring timely collections and accurate sales reporting. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and technical support to deliver high-quality customer service and drive sustainable business growth.
Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance or Operations is must
Demonstrated skills in territory management, channel development, and dealer/distributor relationship management.
